Smiling Skyward Meditation Hikes
Enhance your Ojai experience with a guided meditation hike. Whether you are traveling with a romantic partner, or with friends, the intimacy of shared quietude offers a bonding experience. Hikes include several short recorded guided meditations (mp3 players provided). Your guide is an experienced professional meditation facilitator. Trails vary according to season, but all are moderate and range from 1.5 to 2.5 miles. Meditation hikes are by appointment and are completed within a 2hr time-frame.
